Joining an Existing Organisation
Accept an invitation and join your team's Mnemo organisation.
Before you begin
To join an existing organisation, you need an invitation email from your organisation administrator. If you have not received one, ask whoever manages Mnemo in your team to send an invite to your email address.
Accepting an invitation
- 1Open the invitation email. It will be from Mnemo and will contain a unique invitation link.
- 2Click the link in the email. It will open the Mnemo sign-up or login page.
- 3If you do not already have a Mnemo account, you will be asked to create one. Enter your name and choose a password.
- 4If you already have a Mnemo account, log in with your existing credentials.
- 5You will be prompted to confirm that you want to join the organisation. Click Accept.
- 6You will land on the organisation dashboard. Any workspaces that have been shared with your role will already be visible.
If the invitation link has expired
Invitation links expire after 7 days. If your link has expired, contact your organisation administrator and ask them to resend the invitation from the Users section of Settings.
Using a different email address? The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to. If you want to use a different email address for your Mnemo account, ask your administrator to send a new invitation to that address.
