About Arion Flow

A UK AI company building sovereign knowledge tools for professional organisations

Arion Flow is an early-stage AI company based in the United Kingdom. We build tools that help professional organisations find, use, and act on their institutional knowledge — without their data ever leaving their control.

Our mission

We believe organisations should own their intelligence. The knowledge your team has built up — through projects, cases, decisions, and documents — is one of your most valuable assets. Most organisations cannot easily access it, and the tools that could help them are built in ways that put that knowledge at risk.

Mnemo is our first product: a private AI knowledge platform that lets teams search, understand, and act on their institutional knowledge without their data ever leaving their control.

What we stand for

Organisations own their data

Your documents, your queries, your knowledge. We process it on your behalf — we never take ownership of it, use it to improve our products, or share it with anyone.

Accuracy over impressiveness

We build tools that tell you where they found an answer, not tools that sound confident when they are guessing. Every response Mnemo produces is cited and traceable.

Compliance is not an afterthought

For the organisations we serve, regulatory compliance is a core business requirement. We design with that in mind from day one — not as a box-ticking exercise.

Why we exist

Professional organisations — architecture firms, legal teams, public sector bodies — produce enormous amounts of valuable knowledge over their lifetimes. Planning decisions, contract precedents, internal policies, project reports, regulatory guidance. Most of it is trapped in file systems, email threads, and the memories of people who might leave next year.

The obvious answer — use AI to search and summarise it — comes with a serious problem. Most AI tools work by sending your documents to external servers operated by large technology companies. For regulated organisations, this is a compliance risk they cannot accept. Feeding client contracts or sensitive project files into a public AI tool is, in many cases, a data protection breach.

The market needed something genuinely private: an AI knowledge tool that is accurate, cites its sources, and keeps your data inside your own environment. That is what Mnemo is. We built it because we could not find it already built.

Who we serve

Mnemo is built for professional organisations that handle sensitive, valuable, or regulated information as a normal part of their work.

Architecture & Engineering

Project specifications, planning histories, materials compliance records, structural reports, and decision trails built up over decades of work. Finding relevant precedent from previous projects used to mean asking the right person. Mnemo makes it searchable.

Planning consent conditions from past projects
Structural decisions made on similar schemes
Materials compliance records for a specific product
Client approval trails across a full project lifecycle

Legal & Regulatory

Precedent, internal guidance, contract clauses, regulatory updates, and procedural records. The detail that matters is often buried in a document from three years ago. Mnemo finds it — and tells you exactly where it is.

Contract clauses across a client portfolio
Internal policy on a specific compliance question
Previous advice given on a comparable matter
Regulatory updates relevant to an active case

Public Sector

Policy documents, procedural manuals, FOI-ready audit trails, and GDPR-compliant knowledge management for organisations where accountability to the public is not optional.

Policy positions on a specific subject area
Procedural steps for a regulated process
Audit trail for a decision under challenge
Guidance from multiple sources on a single question
