Inviting Users to Your Organisation

Invite team members by email and manage pending invitations.

Who can invite users?

Only organisation administrators can send invitations. If you are a regular workspace member, ask your administrator to invite new colleagues.

Sending an invitation

  1. 1Go to Settings from the main navigation.
  2. 2Select the Users tab.
  3. 3Click 'Invite User'.
  4. 4Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  5. 5Choose their role: Organisation Admin (full access) or Member (workspace access only).
  6. 6Click Send Invitation. They will receive an email with a link to join.

Managing pending invitations

  1. 1Go to Settings → Users.
  2. 2You will see a list of pending invitations below the active users list.
  3. 3To resend an invitation, click the resend button next to the pending email.
  4. 4To cancel an invitation before it is accepted, click the revoke button.

Removing a user

To remove a user from your organisation, go to Settings → Users, find the user, and click Remove. Their access to all workspaces will be revoked immediately. Their account is not deleted — they can be re-invited later if needed.
